Deputy akim of the region
Born in 1986, has a higher education. In 2008, he studied economics at the University of Durham (UK), and in 2021 received a master's degree in public administration (Harvard, USA).
Career
He began his career in 2008 as the chief expert of the Department of Macroeconomic Analysis and Planning of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He held the positions of Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC National Company Kazakh Invest, Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ambassador of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on special assignments, Deputy President of Eurasia Group Kazakhstan LLP.
Since December 2022, he held the position of adviser to the akim of the Almaty region.
Since May 2023 - Deputy Akim of Almaty region.
